Our goal is to obtain fair compensation for our clients that have been injured or wronged, and at the same time, help to make our community safer. Read what our clients have to say about us.

  5. What fees do you charge to represent a client?
  6. Cases involving personal injury claims, such as auto collisions or medical errors, are taken on a contingency fee. This type of fee arrangement allows clients that cannot afford to pay an attorney by the hour the opportunity to pursue their case. Clients are charged a percentage of the amount recovered when the case is successfully resolved. If there is not any recovery on a case, then the client owes no attorney fees.

For other types of cases, such as criminal defense cases, we charge either a flat fee or hourly fee depending on the complexity of the case.

  7. Do you represent clients in divorce cases, legal separation, child custody, or spousal support?
  8. No, as we do not practice family law.

  9. Do you handle Workers’ Compensation claims?
  10. No, we do not handle Workers’ Compensations cases.
